How high can you go

The maximum hight of shoe i can walk in is 4.5 inches without feeling i am going to fall over. How high can you go? Does anyone have any tips on wearing high heals all night long without them killing your feet, i have tried party feet but after a while i am slipping all over the place iykwim.

I've only started wearing heels again after years of sensible work shoes so I'm having to put on my 'L' plates and start wiggiling my hips!!! So far I've managed 3" wedges so got a long way to go to catch up with you girls.

Last time I was in high (for me) shoes and on my feet all day I ended up getting a taxi!
